Just give your bank a quick check to confirm—they usually let us set up our own secure login. And when it comes to exchanging other documents, we've got you covered! We utilize the "Upload Documents" option in Quickbooks Online. We also utilize Dropbox, where we'll give you a secure link to your business's personal folder. It's a simple and safe way to share documents. Of course, if you prefer Google Drive, that works too!
3/ What accounting software do you use?
We rely on QuickBooks Online software for our accounting tasks. If you're not already using it, don't worry! We're here to assist you in getting set up and ensuring you're up-to-date.
4/ When are payments due?
Payments are expected prior to services being started. For Clean-up services, we request a 50% deposit before beginning work. The remaining balance will be due when the project is halfway done. We send you an invoice detailing all costs for your records. We offer payment options including ACH and Credit Card. Please note that credit card payments may incur a convenience fee. The prices quoted are based on cash payments.
